We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase in the first 30 days from receipt, you may return the item (some restrictions apply) with proof of purchase for refund ( minus shipping and handling charges)

Shipping: will be sent USPS ground, 3 day or same day, excluding all major holidays.

Payment: paypal

Returned checks: are subject to a $20.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law. in the event the account requires legal action, or a collection agency the fee will be added to your account balance and collected.

International orders: We ship worldwide. International shipments are dependent upon dimensions and weight. Duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are the responsibility of the assignee.

Error and omissions in copy: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. we will make every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, typographical, omissions or photographic errors can and do occur. We reserve the right to make corrections where discovered, and Menace reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions to our copy and pricing. we are not obligated to sell items at miss-marked prices. We do apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.

Quantity Limits: Menace at its own discretion, reserves the right to cancel or limit the quantities sold to an individual.

Backorders: Occasionally, some items are unavailable and may be backordered which requires a separate shipment. If the item becomes unavailable you will be notified and your order and price will be adjusted. When items become unavailable we will do our best to remove them from listing as quickly as possible.
